How long does it take to receive an order?

It depends, if it’s already in stock and it’s an order from the U.S. it would take 2-3 business days to be shipped from the date the order was purchased. If it’s an international order it will take 3 - 4 business days from the date the order was purchased to be shipped.

What is the pre-order process?

The pre-order process is a time period set for new release items to be ordered! There is a period of about a month and a half (1 1/2) to pre-order, once the pre-order period ends the orders that were purchased are submitted so the inventory can be made based off the number of orders that took place during the one and half month period (1 1/2). It may take 2 or 3 months to receive a pre-order item!
