What is the pre-order process?

The pre-order process is a time period set for new release items to be ordered. There is a period of about a month and a half (1 1/2) from the release date to the end period. Once the pre-order period ends the orders are submitted to be made based off the amount of orders.

How long does it take to receive an order?

It depends, if it’s already in stock it would take 1-3 business days to be mailed. If it’s a pre-ordered item, like a new collection it will take about one month after the pre-order period ends.
